in-home (limited to the Metro Nashville area of Davidson County TN)
in-person at the Karuna Center at 2933 Berry Hill Dr, Bldg B, Nashville, TN
remotely via FaceTime or Zoom.

Please reach out via the contact form to schedule an appointment. Let me know whether you are interested in acupuncture, shamanic work, or both.
Once your appointment is scheduled, please fill out the informed consent at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
For acupuncture appointments please fill out this Intake form in addition to the Informed Consent form noted above.
Payment is due immediately after the session. It is accepted via Venmo or PayPal.
These sessions require active participation and commitment. Please arrive promptly for the scheduled session, as they cannot exceed their allotted time.
24-hour’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
